The lover of literature will feel a deep connection to the book, learn a lot from it, and perhaps recall the details of previous readings in order to decipher them and know their keys and methods. Perhaps he will find the path to the story and then the novel.

He who has the gift of writing will know how to create plots derived from the life he knows, from things within and around him, from characters derived and experienced by that life. He will set the standard for his opinions and feelings himself, and refuse to modify them to make them less annoying, more innocent, or more consistent with the standard or specifications of any editor, critic, teacher, or friend, guided by the belief that there is always a fearless minority who are willing to hear an honest word, write and read a story. Unforgettable deserves to be classified under the name “literature” and “art.”
