Return and Exchange Policy

 

Return and Exchange Policy:

·      Permitted Return Period: Customers have the right to return the product within 48 hours from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition and has not been used.

·      Required Product Condition: The product must be in the same condition in which it was received and should include all accessories and the original packaging.

·      Products Excluded from Returns: Certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, opened cosmetics, and personal care tools that have been used.

·      Return Procedure: If the customer wishes to return the product, they must contact our customer service to initiate a return request and receive shipping instructions.

·      Costs: Hotiqdeals is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned product within the allowed period.

·      Compensation: After receiving and inspecting the product, if the return is accepted, the customer will be offered a choice between a refund or product exchange.

·      Damaged Products: If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must contact customer service within 48 hours from the date of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange.
