An interesting approach to practical psychology, perhaps too simplistic, but I don't have the science to really judge that. In any case, it could potentially provide serious problems for more than one person. However, it is clearly written from the Scandinavian point of view. Although it is completely understood in Europe, it may not be clear and applicable for example to Latin or Asian people, although the author reconsiders it as quite universal.
